Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to provide operational support to our Surgical Services program. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include coordinating operational and business matters, identifying and analyzing key issues, and developing processes to ensure timely response to requests from internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years of recent experience providing senior administrative support in a health care setting
  • Graduate of a recognized post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Extensive knowledge of hospital processes, as well as legislation, policies, and procedures that affect hospitals
  • High level of judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential or sensitive matters
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location and Hours
