Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Full Time Maternal Program Assistant to work with our Maternal & Child Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating operational and business matters, identifying key program issues, and communicating critical information to stakeholders.
This role requires strong administrative support experience in a healthcare setting, excellent communication and time management skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities- Coordinate operational and business matters of the Maternal & Child Program
- Identify, coordinate, analyze, and communicate key program matters and critical issues
- Prioritize action items requiring Director's attention
- Develop processes for issue management
- Provide clear direction and oversight to administrative support within the Program portfolio
- 3 years of recent experience providing senior administrative support in a healthcare setting
- Graduate of a recognized post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field
- Extensive knowledge of hospital processes and legislation, policies, and procedures
- Utilizes high level of judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential or sensitive matters
