Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising projects and operations on-site
  • Ensuring that the quality of work and materials is upheld
  • Organizing and supervising site staff, trades, and contractors, ensuring they perform as required and report progress
  • Implementing and adhering to health and safety project plans and MOL requirements
  • Managing budgets, working closely with Project Managers to maintain costs under control
  • Creating, monitoring, and updating project schedules, ensuring adherence to schedule and providing updates to the Project Manager/Senior Management as needed

The Successful Applicant

We seek a seasoned professional with:

  • 7+ years of supervisory experience in GTA condominium construction as a High Rise Site Superintendent, with a proven track record of managing multiple full-cycle mid- or high-rise residential developments
  • A post-secondary education in Business, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management (or equivalent)
  • Certifications such as Working at Heights, WHIMIS, First Aid, and Basics of Supervision
  • Extensive knowledge of OBC and large-scale multi-family construction projects
