Job Description

This role involves managing multiple construction sites, allocating resources efficiently, and ensuring timely project completion. You will be responsible for establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating promotional campaigns, and approving human resources planning.

You will also select middle managers, directors, or executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimal working conditions. Additionally, you will establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.

Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.

Additional Information

This role requires frequent travel from the employee, with varying work locations and potentially overnight stays. Transportation expenses are covered by the employer.

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include transportation provided by the employer, parking available at work locations, and comprehensive travel insurance.
