Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Tasks: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Office Operations: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry.
- Supervision and Training: Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations and oversee payroll administration.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently with attention to detail.
