Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
Work Environment:

Our fast-paced food service environment requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a team environment, supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a hot environment.
