Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sushi Langford - Belmont. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient service delivery and staff productivity.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
