Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Coral Reefer Holdings Inc. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and budgeting decisions.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
