Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Suvnj Hospitality Inc. o/a A&W. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to ensure excellent customer service and quality food preparation.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to new staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure seamless meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, client focus, flexibility, and team player skills.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Schedule:

30 to 40 hours per week.
