We are seeking recent graduates to join our comprehensive Management Development Program. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package, profit sharing, and the opportunity to grow and develop in your career.

The Role:

As a Management Trainee, you will progress through a 5-phased program to learn every aspect of our business operations. You will grow a sales territory, provide world-class customer service, and receive guidance, mentoring, and support from current managers and teammates.

Program Outline:

Phase 1: Warehouse Logistics – Learn our products and how they get from vendors to customers.

Phase 2: Counter Operations – Get involved in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory and pricing controls, credit management, and financial statements.

Phase 3: Inside Sales – Help customers with various issues and manage large-scale projects. Learn to read blueprint drawings and create a list/quote of materials for customers.

Phase 4: Outside Sales/Account Management – Find new business opportunities, sell our products, negotiate contracts, and build customer and vendor relationships.

Phase 5: Supervisor – Provide a strategic vision, lead a team, mentor others, and run the business.

Qualifications

  • University degree or college diploma – all disciplines of study will be considered
