About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at KLCA CPA PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION. As an Accounting Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns for individuals and businesses.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Caseware/Caseview, MS Excel, and TaxPrep.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, overtime required, repetitive tasks, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
