About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Administrator to join our team at Alba Partners Inc. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Database Development and Maintenance

Develop and maintain computer databases to ensure accurate and efficient data storage and retrieval.

Data Security and Access Control

Implement measures to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive data and ensure data integrity.

Collaboration and Communication

Liaise with staff to understand data requirements, collection, and availability, and provide advice on database management tools.

IT Infrastructure Setup

Configure IT infrastructure to enable applications to access databases and ensure seamless data exchange.

Testing and Quality Assurance

Test data models and database management systems to ensure they meet business requirements.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Analyze data using database management systems to provide insights and inform business decisions.

Policies and Procedures

Develop and implement data administration policies, standards, and models to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Research and Documentation

Research and document data requirements, data collection, and administration policies to ensure data quality and compliance.

Network Access and Data Backup

Develop policies and procedures for network access and usage, as well as data backup and recovery processes.
