NTT DATA Services is dedicated to attracting exceptional, innovative, and passionate professionals who are eager to develop their careers with us. We are currently seeking a Senior NetSuite Systems Administrator to support our operations.

This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including collaborating with functional leaders to identify challenges, offering recommendations, and providing assistance through effective ticket management. A strong understanding of various financial modules is essential, as is the ability to strategize for application growth and deliver project initiatives. As the product owner, you will be expected to take a hands-on and proactive approach to manage daily operations, administration, maintenance, support, development, and prioritization of support requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee changes and testing within the NetSuite environment.
  • Support data import processes and migration efforts.
  • Manage and coordinate bi-annual updates for NetSuite.
  • Create configurations and customizations tailored to business needs.
  • Provide ongoing systems and technical support.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of billing, payments, accounts receivable, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, auditing, and reporting.
  • Act as the primary resource for the NetSuite platform.
  • Drive testing, planning, execution, and optimization initiatives.
  • Engage with end-users to understand business requirements and identify optimal solutions.
  • Conduct daily operations, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting, prioritizing support requests effectively.
  • Manage and support customizations, custom objects, integrations, workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security settings, validation rules, and custom buttons/links.
  • Assist in the configuration, development, and ongoing evolution of the NetSuite ERP system.
  • Customize and maintain reports, dashboards, workbooks, and saved searches.
  • Support existing customizations, including workflows and custom records.
  • Serve as a delivery lead by coordinating activities, meetings, and milestones for critical initiatives.
  • Contribute significantly to the platform roadmap and standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
  • 5+ years of hands-on knowledge in Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Fixed Asset Management, Dashboards, Role Management, Integration Setup, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteFlow.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting NetSuite platforms in large organizations with highly customized environments.

Education and Certifications:

  • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant NetSuite Certifications.
