We are currently seeking a Senior NetSuite System Administrator to support our operations.

This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including collaborating with functional leaders to identify challenges, offering recommendations, and providing guidance through effective ticket management. A solid understanding of various financial modules is essential, as is the ability to strategize application growth and execute project initiatives. As the product owner, a hands-on and proactive approach is crucial for managing daily operations, administration, maintenance, support, development, and prioritization of support requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee NetSuite modifications and testing processes.
  • Facilitate data import processes and migrations.
  • Coordinate bi-annual updates for the NetSuite platform.
  • Develop configurations and customizations within NetSuite.
  • Provide ongoing systems and technical support.
  • Possess a strong understanding of billing, payments, accounts receivable, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, auditing, and reporting.
  • Act as the primary contact for the NetSuite platform.
  • Drive testing, planning, execution, and optimization efforts.
  • Engage with end-users to comprehend business needs and identify optimal solutions.
  • Manage daily operations, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting activities while prioritizing support requests.
  • Support customizations, custom objects, integrations, workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, emails, and custom buttons/links.
  • Assist in the configuration, development, and ongoing evolution of the NetSuite ERP system.
  • Customize and maintain reports, dashboards, workbooks, and saved searches.
  • Support existing customizations, including workflows and custom records.
  • Serve as a delivery lead by coordinating activities, meetings, and milestones for critical initiatives.
  • Contribute significantly to the platform roadmap and standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, fixed asset management, dashboards, role management, integration setup, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteFlow.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting NetSuite platforms in large organizations with highly customized environments.
