Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business situations, designing, developing, and implementing software projects on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business situations and work with a team to provide efficient and effective software solutions.
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production.
  • Provide technical support and incident resolution.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components, including Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release Management, etc.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Developer Certified.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
