The St. Albert Family Resource Centre is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Executive Director to lead our team in delivering impactful programs that empower families and promote community well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, including staff recruitment and development, to foster a positive and collaborative organizational culture.
  • Develop and evaluate impactful programs that address the evolving needs of St. Albert families.
  • Collaborate with the Board to develop and report on the annual budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and fiscal sustainability.
  • Serve as the public face of the Centre, advocating for families and building relationships with local community partners, media, funding agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and secure funding opportunities to support and expand programs, cultivating relationships with donors, funders, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A degree in business, social sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • A deep commitment to community engagement, with the ability to build relationships with local stakeholders and funders.
