About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Scalian. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with project management processes, monitoring progress, and identifying critical activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with project management processes
  • Monitor progress and identify critical activities
  • Lead steering bodies and coordinate players
  • Develop a project culture and empower team members
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities
  • Build and manage project schedules using PPM tools
  • Improve update processing times and industrialize reporting
  • Ensure consistency of activities
  • Promote planning-based management to teams
  • Build multi-year budgets with business contacts

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a team
  • Autonomy, adaptability, and responsiveness
  • Ability to be structured and synthetic
  • Innovative spirit and ability to define and manage projects
  • Rigor and ability to coordinate several projects
  • Ability to produce reports
  • Good knowledge of IT tools and French and English language skills
