Bilingual Insurance Specialist

Aviva Canada is seeking a skilled Bilingual Insurance Advisor to support its growth in the Direct to Consumer Distribution channel.

The successful candidate will provide insurance solutions to new and existing customers, working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on sales and customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding customer insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Quoting and selling Home and Auto insurance policies
  • Assisting new customers with their insurance needs
  • Updating policies to meet changing customer needs and providing new products as required
  • Driving customer retention through exceptional customer service
  • Underwriting new business, policy endorsements, and renewals

Requirements include:

  • College diploma or university degree
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • OTL or RIBO license
  • Bilingualism in French and English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused with ability to match products to customer needs
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize work
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software applications
