The successful candidate will provide insurance solutions to new and existing customers, working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on sales and customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding customer insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Quoting and selling insurance policies, including Home and Auto
  • Assisting new customers with their insurance needs and servicing existing customers
  • Driving customer retention through exceptional service and product recommendations
  • Staying up-to-date on underwriting and regulatory guidelines

Requirements include:

  • College diploma or university degree
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • OTL or RIBO licensure
  • Bilingualism in French and English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
