At Axelon Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Technology Governance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Technology department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective governance of our technology operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and manage long-term plans and agendas for Technology Governance Committee meetings, in collaboration with team management.
- Communicate milestones to stakeholders and hold them accountable to deadlines.
- Partner with stakeholders in Finance, HR, and Tech Risk to source data and information for meeting materials.
- Conduct a quality assurance process for meeting materials.
- Identify process or outcome problems to improve services.
- Manage documentation and minutes for meetings, ensuring supervisors can investigate as needed.
- Monitor data and reporting for compliance issues and understand our vendor control framework.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to analyze results and synthesize outcomes for others.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to hold others accountable and escalate.
- Ability to visualize and create forward-looking plans.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
