Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technology Governance Analyst to join our team at Axelon Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, assembling, and providing quality assurance for Technology Governance Committee meeting materials, Technology's Vendor Management meeting materials, and legal entity meeting materials. This role will also involve collaborating with others to monitor vendor compliance metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update long-term plans and agendas to support governance meetings in collaboration with team management
Communicate milestones to stakeholders and hold them accountable to deadlines
Partner with stakeholders in Finance, HR, and Tech Risk to source data and information for meeting materials
Conduct a quality assurance process for meeting materials
Identify process or outcome problems to improve services
Manage documentation and minutes taking for meetings
Monitor data and reporting for compliance issues
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in a similar role
Ability to analyze results and synthesize outcomes for others
Attention to detail
Ability to hold others accountable and escalate
Ability to visualize and create forward-looking plans
Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills
