Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for eliciting business needs and requirements, ensuring data quality, and delivering business insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit business needs and requirements through analysis and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and business intelligence solutions
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity
  • Deliver business insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts and technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft BI tools, including T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, MDX, Power BI, DAX, and Excel
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the government sector

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Spark or Python
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Xray
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
