The Technology Governance Committee Coordinator is responsible for creating, assembling, and providing quality assurance for meeting materials related to technology governance, vendor management, and legal entities. This role collaborates with others to monitor vendor compliance metrics, implement corrective actions, and support various functions. Project management skills are essential for communicating activities to stakeholders and demonstrating good overall management to regulators and supervisory entities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and update long-term plans and agendas to support governance meetings in collaboration with team management
• Communicate milestones to stakeholders and hold them accountable to deadlines
• Partner with Finance, HR, Tech Risk, and other stakeholders to source data and information for meeting materials
• Conduct a quality assurance process for meeting materials
• Identify process or outcome problems to improve services
• Manage documentation and minutes-taking for meetings

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to analyze results and synthesize outcomes for others and understand the audience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to hold others accountable and escalate
• Ability to visualize and create forward-looking plans
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills
