Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Risk Governance Model Analyst to join our Model Risk Governance Team. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to manage information in our MRM tool, ensure data quality and reconciliation, and assist in the enhancement of the tool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage information in the MRM tool (1LOD and 2LOD requests) on a daily basis
  • Evaluate data quality and reconcile discrepancies with Group tools (MyActions and MyMRM)
  • Collaborate with IT to enhance the MRM tool and perform UAT
  • Assist in the production and automation of monthly MRM metrics using Power BI
  • Support the creation of MRM reports and validation reports
  • Contribute to the execution and automation of internal controls
  • Participate in the annual certification campaign for model and tool inventory
  • Perform various tasks as required by the Governance Team
Requirements
  • Masters degree from a Business or Engineering School with specialization in Finance/Economics
  • Fluent English language skills (B2-C1 level)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of Financial Products and Banking Processes
  • Effective interpersonal and organizational abilities
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around $65,000 CAD per annum, plus benefits and a competitive bonus structure.
