Team Lead - Equipment Maintenance

Kardium Inc. is seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment used in the production of the Globe Catheter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production line uptime and address issues promptly
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities
  • Manage service agreements and review maintenance tickets
  • Lead and mentor the maintenance team
  • Spare parts management and inventory control
  • Purchasing of equipment items and production tool inventory
  • Coordination of calibrations and clinical support field kits

Requirements:

  • Technical diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in equipment maintenance or servicing with prior leadership experience
  • Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment such as ISO13485 or AS9100
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and timeliness
  • Superior team building and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a cleanroom environment and writing technical procedures
  • Strong diagnostic and critical thinking skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication and technical documentation skills
