Heavy Equipment Mechanic

LIFTEX EQUIPMENT RENTALS INC. is seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic to join our team. As a Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and inspecting equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, diagnosing faults using computerized and other testing equipment, and adjusting equipment and repairing or replacing defective parts.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
- Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required
- Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications
- Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work
- Service attachments and working tools
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
