**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Register guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Accommodate special requests whenever possible to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping department to maintain accurate room status reports and coordinate requests for maintenance and repair work.
  • Maintain guest room key storage and supervise access to safe deposit boxes.

**Additional Duties:**

  • Assist in preregistration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
  • Process guest check-outs and perform end of day accounting tasks.
  • Coordinate room status updates with the housekeeping department and possess a working knowledge of the reservations department.
  • Follow proper procedures for issuing and closing safe deposit boxes used by guests.
