Front Desk Representative

At Mobilize Connect, we're seeking a skilled Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Accommodate special requests and provide personalized service to our guests.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping department to maintain accurate room status reports and coordinate maintenance requests.
- Maintain guest room key storage and supervise access to safe deposit boxes.
- Perform end-of-day accounting tasks and process guest check-outs.
- Utilize proper telephone etiquette and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Report any unusual occurrences or requests to the manager or assistant manager.
What We Offer:

Eligibility:
- Customer service or hospitality experience is an asset, but not required.
- Must have a full/unrestricted driver's license.
- Must be 18 years old and legally able to work in Canada.
- Provide a clear police record.
