At Mobilize Connect, we're seeking a skilled Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Accommodate special requests and provide personalized service to our guests.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping department to maintain accurate room status reports and coordinate maintenance requests.
  • Maintain guest room key storage and supervise access to safe deposit boxes.
  • Perform end-of-day accounting tasks and process guest check-outs.
  • Utilize proper telephone etiquette and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Report any unusual occurrences or requests to the manager or assistant manager.

Eligibility:

  • Customer service or hospitality experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Must have a full/unrestricted driver's license.
  • Must be 18 years old and legally able to work in Canada.
  • Provide a clear police record.
