Responsibilities:
- Register guests and assign rooms
- Accommodate special requests and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with preregistration and blocking of rooms for reservations
- Process guest check-outs and perform end-of-day accounting tasks
- Coordinate room status updates with the housekeeping department
- Process guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise
- Follow safety and emergency procedures
