Key Responsibilities:- Master Dynata products, services, and pricing to satisfy client needs and fulfill project requirements.
- Prospect and discover new key individuals in the account and build new relationships.
- Manage assigned accounts, utilizing knowledge to support the customer with Dynata products.
- Seek competitive insights and intelligence to inform the company of challenges and opportunities in the marketplace.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to achieve successful client interactions and project outcomes.
- Work closely with Sales leadership to ensure account strategy is aligned with company goals and objectives.
- 5+ years of closing experience and/or account management experience with a revenue objective.
- 3+ years of market research experience in sales or at a market research agency.
- Experience working with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce or BOS), and web conferencing software (GoToMeeting or WebEx).
