About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned leader in healthcare communications to join our team as a Senior Account Director. This is an exciting opportunity to propel your career in strategic communications and make a meaningful impact in the health sector.

As a Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for leading and directing account teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth. You will oversee staffing, training, and organizational development, as well as contribute to organic growth and winning new business.

You will have a deep understanding of key opinion leader and health influencer program development, with a track record of successful relationship-building. You will also have experience fostering partnerships with third-party organizations, healthcare professionals, and caregivers to enhance program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct account teams to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth
  • Oversee staffing, training, and organizational development
  • Contribute to organic growth and winning new business
  • Foster partnerships with third-party organizations, healthcare professionals, and caregivers
  • Develop and execute integrated campaign strategies

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in communications marketing within the health sector
  • Extensive integrated campaign experience with a focus on strategic development and execution
  • Deep understanding of key opinion leader and health influencer program development
  • Experience fostering partnerships with third-party organizations, healthcare professionals, and caregivers
  • Strong financial acumen, including a comprehensive understanding of revenue, profitability, pricing structures, utilization, realization, budgeting, and forecasting
