About Mee Kiin Thai Kitchen

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant seeking a skilled and experienced cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate special events and determine food portion sizes and costs
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for realization
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
