Responsibilities:- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
- Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and manage food and supply costs to ensure profitability.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are clean and safe for customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive dining experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
