Job Title: Executive Chef

My Roti Place My Dosa Place is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food.

Responsibilities:
  • Estimate and manage food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
  • Supervise and train cooks and other kitchen staff
  • Ensure that all food meets quality standards
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Plan menus and ensure that they meet customer preferences and dietary needs
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience as a chef or in a related role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
