Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Quality INN. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 team members to ensure seamless hotel operations.
    • Provide guidance and training to staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Guest Services
    • Assist guests with special needs and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
    • Perform tasks similar to those of workers supervised, including maintaining operation of computer systems and equipment.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain efficient hotel operations.
    • Coordinate and review work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
