Job Summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train a team of customer service representatives to provide excellent service to our guests.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the guest services desk, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests, including resolving complaints and issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and experience.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary degree or certification preferred.
