Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Chevron. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive a high level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, informing our merchandising and marketing strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in the store, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage the store's budget, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer needs and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
