Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Chevron Town Pantry. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Inventory Control: Oversee the receipt, storage, and sale of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing losses.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand and trends, informing purchasing decisions and inventory management.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our store and products, including social media, advertising, and in-store promotions.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Post-Secondary Education: Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a retail environment.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and provide exceptional service.
