About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Go Motel. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including checking in guests, handling room assignments, and responding to guest inquiries.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including guest information, room assignments, and inventory management.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure seamless operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that all guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
