About the Job

We're seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Sales team, your primary responsibility will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. If you're a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven individual who enjoys working in a team environment, we'd like to meet you.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market
- Develop relationships with potential clients through calls, emails, and social connections
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Collaborate with our Marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve sales performance

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Salesforce, 6sense, Outreach, and ZoomInfo is a plus
- Willingness to work virtually from the Ottawa metropolitan area
