About the Role

As a key member of our Formstructures Construction team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects. This includes overseeing the day-to-day activities on site, managing subcontractors and suppliers, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the Construction Management Team to develop and implement project schedules, including daily review and weekly updates of the critical path.
  • Ensure that all subcontractors perform work to industry standards and project specifications of quality, and manage any scheduling efficiencies in the project schedule.
  • Monitor and forecast the progress of subcontractors and material suppliers, and ensure they remain on schedule and meet project targets.
  • Review and sign off on time sheets submitted by subcontractors working on a Time & Material basis.
  • Manage project completion deficiencies and assist the Construction Management Team in completing close-out documents.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working in a construction environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
