- **Excellent problem-solving skills**, with the ability to anticipate challenges and make decisions under pressure. We look for those who can live by our value, _The Answer Is Yes. What Is the Question?_.
- Proficiency in **project management software** and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, etc.).
- A solid understanding of **construction contracts**, documents, and specifications.

- **Professional certifications** such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CMIT (Certified Manager in Construction) are a plus.
- **Experience with LEED** or other sustainability certifications in construction projects.
- Familiarity with **local building codes, regulations,** and permitting processes.
