Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Canexpress Flatbed Ltd.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time opportunity with 35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Key Responsibilities- Determine and establish office procedures and routines that promote efficiency and productivity.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely meetings and events.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic enquiries.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts and waste.
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents with high accuracy.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
