Job Title: Office Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Trademark Logistics Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 35 hours per week.
