About the Role

As a Triple O's Supervisor/Team Leader, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Management Team and driving the success of our restaurants. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-Day Shift Supervision - You'll work closely with our team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Guest Relations - You'll be the face of our brand, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
  • Training and Development - You'll help our team members grow and develop their skills, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed.
  • Reinforcing High Standards - You'll ensure our restaurants maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety.
  • Administrative Tasks - You'll handle various administrative duties, including opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous Supervisory or Team Leading Experience - You'll have a proven track record of success in a supervisory or team leading role.
  • Passion for Service and Commitment to Quality - You'll be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Conceptual Understanding of Restaurant Operational Controls and Financial Statements - You'll have a solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.

  • Experience with Training and Developing a Team - You'll have a proven ability to train and develop team members.
