About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor/Team Leader to join our team at Triple O's. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the success of our restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of our service standards.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Perform administrative tasks, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of previous supervisory or team leading experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to quality.
- A thorough understanding of restaurant operational controls, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in training and developing a team, with a focus on building skills and knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
