Job Opportunity: Become the New Store Partner, Director, and Business Owner of a New Audiology Business

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to lead and grow our existing Audiology business. As the New Store Partner, Director, and Business Owner, you will be responsible for building the business and team from the ground up, focusing on growing the customer base and building a successful team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and success
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of audiologists and hearing aid dispensers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality clinical and retail standards
  • Collaborate with our expert support office teams and existing Optics and Retail partners to ensure success
