Restaurant Assistant Manager

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager at Subway, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. This includes balancing cash and completing balance sheets, enforcing provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, and organizing and maintaining inventory. You will also be responsible for ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and participating in marketing plans and implementation. Additionally, you will provide customer service, address customers' complaints or concerns, and plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. You will work closely with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
