Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
