Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to meet restaurant budget requirements
- Monitor revenues and labour costs to optimize profitability
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management
- Recruit and train new staff members to ensure a high-performing team
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Cost products and services to ensure profitability
- Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
- Address customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high expectations. As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements:- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Parking available on site
